Palomino Ranch Business Park Phase One Completed with LEED Silver Certification

CapRock Partners has completed the first phase of the Palomino Ranch Business Park in Norco, California. This business park is 44 acres big, with approximately 700,000 square feet of industrial area and an additional 50,000 square feet of office space. The industrial areas in the buildings range from 57,000 to 160,000 square feet. This phase has achieved LEED Silver certification, and features include truck courts with up to 185-foot depths, 30- to 36-foot clear heights, and ESFR sprinkler systems. CapRock was also able to lease the entire Building 9, which is 67,400 square feet, to the developer.

The Palomino Ranch Business Park Project

In the third quarter, the second phase of Palomino Ranch Business Park is set to commence, which will add 533,000 square feet. When completed, this 112-acre master-planned industrial park with 24 buildings will total over 2 million square feet, making it one of the largest and most historical projects in the city. This project is located 55 miles away from the Los Angeles International Airport, 2 miles north of the intersection of Interstate 15 and Freeway 91, and 13 miles away from Ontario International Airport. American International Group provided $200 million in finance for CapRock’s third brand-new construction in Norco.

Lee & Associates, composed of Senior Vice Presidents Jeff Ruscigno and Paul Earnhart, along with Senior Vice Presidents & Principals Brian Pharris, Austin Hill, Ryan Earnhart, and Jeff Smith, are promoting Palomino Ranch Business Park for lease.
