Construction of Parkway Crossings, a Class A multifamily community with 309 units in Kissimmee, Florida, has begun. Fore Property Co secured financing for the development of the multifamily community on Osceola Parkway, which was provided by PCCP to the tune of $67.8 million.
The six-acre Parkway Crossings development site is located near the intersection of Orange Avenue and Osceola Parkway, approximately 20 miles south of downtown Orlando. The property’s location makes it easily accessible throughout the region via the Florida Turnpike and Osceola Parkway. It is also near major employers such as Disney, the U.S Tennis Association, KMPG, and the University of Central Florida.
