Therefore, Denholtz is confident that the project, which would welcome new residents to experience the best of Bound Brook and Somerset County, would contribute to the neighbourhood’s revitalization.
Development Plans for the Rail at Bound Brook Community
The Rail at Bound Brook community will have various units available. These units range from studios, one-bedroom, one-bedroom with dens, and two-bedroom apartments. Furthermore, the post-COVID living design includes extra work-from-home space and outdoor balconies/terraces in select units. Additionally, the six-story building will feature an extensive amenities package, such as an expansive courtyard with outdoor grills and seating, an indoor fitness centre and yoga studio, a game room, and bike storage. The project is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2024.
Besides the Rail at Bound Brook project, the developers will also renovate the two-story Morecraft Building. It will demarcate the apartment building from the entrance to the Brook Arts Center. They also agreed to improve the exterior of the three multifamily residences on the east side of Hamilton Street. The multifamily residences are located north of the great apartment building.
