The Eden at Tradition multi-family project in Florida has secured an undisclosed amount of funding for development. The Capital Market Group of JLL facilitated this financing for the Eden Living and Westport Capital Partners developed project that is set to bring a total of 214 townhome units to Port St. Lucie
The project site is located on a 16.8-acre property in Port St. Lucie, a location about a 2-hour drive from Orlando. Future occupants of the Eden at Tradition multi-family development can access the area’s major employers, such as FedEx, HCA Hospital, Cleveland Clinic, Cheney Brothers, and Teleperformance. The location is also a 30-minute drive from area beaches and 45 minutes away from West Palm Beach.
Development Plans for EDEN at Tradition
Construction for EDEN at Tradition is set to begin in Q3 2023, with the target completion date in 2025. Upon completion, the development will feature 214 townhome-style residences with private backyards, attached garages, kitchen islands, stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets, and in-unit washers and dryers. The townhomes will consist of a mix of two and three-bedroom units, each with two and a half bathrooms and one car garage. These units will range in size from 1,050 to 1,300 square feet.
The development will also include community amenities such as a pool, grilling pavilion, fitness center, clubhouse, dog park, playground, lake, and walking paths. EDEN at Tradition will be built as part of the Tradition master-planned community, which spans over 8,300 acres and features more than 2,500 homes. The Tradition community will also include single-family units, villas, senior housing, office, retail, hospitality, and medical facilities.
Residents of this community will have access to a Cleveland Clinic, town center, and driverless shuttle service. They will also enjoy access to 300 acres of parks and private schools in the area.
