Callia, the new multifamily community in Phoenix metro area, has been opened by Toll Brothers Apartment Living and Davis Cos. The property features studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments including live/work units, with smart home technology, private balconies, and premium features like double bathroom vanities and freestanding showers. Callia also provides amenities such as a dog park, fitness center, and a wellness lobby.

Callia is situated at the Indian School Road and Central Avenue intersection, occupying an 8.2 acre site close to the Phoenix Valley Metro light rail stop. It features 403 apartment units, 27,000 square feet of amenities including a hospitality, sun, and rooftop lounge, interactive gaming lounges, package room, coworking area, private offices, and a conference room. The community also includes two resort-style pools with cabanas, bicycle storage, and enclosed garages with 624 parking spaces as well as electric charging stations.

Design and Construction Partners

Callia is the third multifamily community developed by Toll Brothers in Phoenix’s metro market. The project was designed by Biltform, with branding, and interior designs handled by Streetsense. Pinnacle Financial Partners and Trustmark provided a loan to finance the project.
