Landmark Properties, in collaboration with Manulife Investment Management, is set to construct a new student residential facility in Knoxville, Tennessee. The facility, known as The Mark Knoxville, will be the company’s second project in a build-to-core joint venture with Manulife Investment Management. The construction of the building will commence in June this year, with Landmark Construction serving as the general contractor.

The Mark Knoxville, which is expected to be completed in August 2025, will comprise of studio to five-bedroom units, each with a private bathroom, a gourmet kitchen, stainless steel equipment, and quartz countertops. Community amenities will include a rooftop pool, a study area, a pickleball court, a fitness facility, and 24,000 square feet of courtyard amenity space. The property will also feature parking garages, a shuttle bus, grilling areas, and hammock groves for residents to use.

The student housing facility will be located adjacent to Neyland Stadium, and it will be a few minutes’ walk from the University of Tennessee campus. Additionally, several shopping and food options are available along Cumberland Avenue, which adds to the convenience of the property’s location.
